1. Who we are

This website, torqlabs.net, is run by Torqlabs (“Torqlabs”, “we”, “us”). Questions? Email info@torqlabs.net.

2. What we collect

When you fill in our contact form: your name, email, phone (if you add it), the service you pick, your best time to call and your message.

When you message us on WhatsApp: your WhatsApp name, number and messages. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy also applies.

When you browse the site: basic usage data, such as pages visited, time on page, device, browser and rough location (country or city). We collect this with:

• Google Analytics 4 — uses cookies. Only runs if you accept analytics cookies.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics — no cookies, no personal profiles.
• Microsoft Clarity (if enabled) — shows how people use our pages. Uses cookies. Only runs if you accept.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — checks that form senders are human, not bots.

Videos: our videos play through YouTube. YouTube loads only when you press play. After that, Google’s privacy policy applies to the video player.

3. Why we use it

• To reply to your message and talk about your project.
• To understand how people use our site and make it better.
• To keep the site and form safe from spam and abuse.

We don’t sell your information. We don’t use it for ads.

4. Legal basis (for visitors in Europe and the UK)

• Your consent — for analytics cookies. You can change your mind at any time.
• Steps before a contract / our legitimate interest — to answer your message and discuss your project.
• Legitimate interest — to keep the site secure.

5. Cookies

We use analytics cookies only if you say yes in the cookie banner. You can change your choice anytime with Cookie settings in the footer. Essential site functions don’t need cookies.

6. Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run the site:

• Cloudflare — hosting, security, analytics, spam check
• Resend — sends form messages to our inbox
• Google — Analytics and YouTube player
• Microsoft — Clarity (if enabled)
• Meta — WhatsApp, if you contact us there

Some of these companies may handle data outside your country, including in the US. They use standard legal safeguards for this.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

7. How long we keep it

• Form messages: up to 2 years, or longer if we work together on a project.
• Analytics data: up to 14 months.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:

• see the information we hold about you
• correct it
• delete it
• stop or limit how we use it
• give you a copy
• withdraw consent (for analytics cookies)

California residents: you have the right to know, delete and correct your personal information. We don’t sell or share personal information for ads.

Europe and UK residents: you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

This site is for businesses. It isn’t meant for children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
